Major Campbell was born 21 March 1960 in Canandaigua, New York.  He joined the Marine Corps as an enlisted man in July of 1978.  Following boot camp, he was assigned to 1st Supply Bn, 1st FSSG, Camp Pendleton, California where he served as a Logistics man.  In September of 1979, he joined Marine Air Control Squadron-4 in Okinawa, Japan.  Returning from Okinawa in October of 1980, Major Campbell was assigned to 7th Motor Transport Battalion as a Logistics NCO. 

In April of 1984,    Major Campbell was assigned in Marine Air Control Group -15 in Okinawa,   Japan as the Embarkation Chief.  Returning from Okinawa in March of 1985, Major Campbell was assigned to Amphibious Squadron Three where he served as Combat Cargo Chief.  Following sea duty, he was promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant and served as a Troop Handler for Communications and Electronics school in 29 Palms, California. 

In February of 1989, Major Campbell was promoted to the rank of Warrant Officer and served as an Embarkation Officer.  In July of 1989,  he was assigned to 1st Force Service Support Group, Camp Pendleton, Ca as the Embarkation Officer.   In July of 1991, Major Campbell was assigned as the Embarkation Officer for Marine Air Control Group - 24.  Returning from Hawaii,  he was ordered to First Marine Division in Camp Pendleton where he served as the Division Embarkation Officer.

In September of 1996, Major Campbell served as the Combat Cargo Officer for Amphibious Squadron-7 in San Diego, California.  Following sea duty, he was transferred to Marine Forces Pacific where he served as Embarkation Officer.  In November of 2000, Major Campbell was transferred to 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force in Camp Lejeune, N.C. until his retirement on 1 July 2002.

Major Campbell is currently serving as the Senior Naval Science Instructor for the Navy Junior Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) at Port Angeles High School.  He assumed that position on 29 August 2003.

Major Campbell and his wife Brenda have three grown children, Ronald, Robert and Evelyn.

Major Campbell’s personal decorations include:  Meritorious Service Medal, Three Navy Marine Corps commendation medals, the Naval Achievement medal and three Good Conduct medals.

Major Campbell joined the Marine Corps League Mt. Olympus Detachment 897 in February of 2004.

Timothy Glynn Chief, United States Navy, Retired 

Chief Glynn was born August 23rd, 1970 in Bakersfield California and raised in Denver and Grand Junction, Colorado. He enlisted in the Navy on September 1st, 1988 and attended Boot Camp in Orlando, Florida.   Following boot camp he attended Yeoman “A” School in Meridian, Mississippi. 

After graduating “A” school, he received orders to the Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Washington, D.C.  During this tour, he was assigned as Administrative Clerk, Awards Coordinator and pay coordinator. 

Additionally, he provided essential support to several hundred sailors being forward deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm.  He was advanced from YNSR(E1) to YN2(E5).  In September 1993 he was transferred to Carrier Air Wing THIRTY (CVWR-30), Miramar, California.  During this tour, he provided Administrative support to 13 squadrons assigned to the west coast.  He was advanced to YN1 and obtained his Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist (AW) designation. 

In 1996 he transferred to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion SEVENTEEN (NMCB-17), in Port Hueneme, California with a follow on tour with Naval Construction Force Support Unit TWO (NCFSU-2), Port Hueneme, CA.  He served as the Administrative Department Head, providing essential support to over 300 Navy Seabee personnel.  He served as squad leader during field exercises and was awarded Sailor of the Year in 1998.  In November 1999, he accepted orders to Naval Reserve Center, Dubuque, Iowa as Command Leading Petty Officer and Administrative/Personnel Department Head and was recognized as the Commands 2000 Sailor of the Year.

In September 2001, he promoted to Chief Petty Officer.  In November 2001, he transferred to Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Moreno Valley where he served as Command Chief and Administration LCPO.  In November 2005, he accepted orders to Navy Operational Support Center, Los Angeles, California where he served as Command Services LCPO, Command Chief, Special Projects Chief, Educational Services Officer and Public Affairs Officer for 25 Staff and 950 Navy Reserve personnel.   

Personal Awards and accomplishments include: Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3 Awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6 Awards), Meritorious Unit Commendation, Good Conduct Medal (5 Awards), National Defense Service Medal (2 Awards) Global War on Terrorism Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal and Pistol Ribbon. He has earned an Associate in Arts Degree (Business Administration) from Coastline Community College and NJROTC Instructor Certification from Naval Education and Training Command.

 He is married to his wife Kristi, and they have one daughter Lexie.
