Winter Blue Uniform

1. The J-Bar should be positioned 1 1/2" from the front edge of the collar and centered 1"down from the upper edge of the collar.

2.  The Rank should be positioned 1" from the front edge and 1" below the upper  edge of the collar.

3.  The Anchor/Rank should be positioned 1 1/2” above the bottom of the cover and it should also be positioned 2” out from the center.

4.  The Ribbons, Stars and Name Plate should be positioned 1/4” above the top of the pocket.

 5.  Females: The neck-tab should be positioned in the middle of the collar and centered equally.

 6.  Males: The neck-tie should be tied correctly, centered on the collar, and should not come lower than the belt or belt buckle.
