Senior Ball tickets will be available starting on Monday in the Student Center at Lunch. Prices are $10 per person or $20 for a couple. This years theme is “A Night in the City” and will be held in the Gym from 8-12 on May 17.
SENIORS WHO TURNED IN A SCHOLARSHIP NOTEBOOK: If you have received scholarships and/or grants from the college/university you will be attending or any other outside sources please notify Mrs. Unger or Mrs. Eykemans by May 9.

Would you like to help assure that good food sustainably grown is available to us here on the Olympic Peninsula now and in the future? Does your SCP involve any of these issues? Then come to the one day workshop: FOOD FOR OUR FUTURE on Fri, May 16th at the Jamestown S’Kallam Tribal Center in Blyn. The spring immunization clinic will take place Thurs. May 15 from 8:30-3:30 in the nurse’s office at the High School. All immunizations will be available to students. Students under 18 year old will need to have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Forms can be obtained off the PAHS website or attendance office. Take this opportunity to complete and update immunizations before heading into adulthood. The Clallam County Health Dept. will be offering an additional immunization clinic on Sat. May 10-3 in the basement of the courthouse for those unable to attend at PAHS.

There is a mandatory meeting for the entire team on Wednesday, May 14th at 2:45 pm in the choir room.
Attention Roughriders! On Friday May 9, 2008 there is going to be a FREE dance clinic at the YMCA from 3:30- 6:30. The dance clinic is going to be put on by Latoyia Everett, Seattle Supersonics Dancer and a former Phoenix Suns Dancer! Following the clinic, a performance of the clinic dance will be made on Memorial Day Weekend during the Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts. In addition, dances will be performed by dancers in our community as well as a guest appearance with dancers from the Sonics Dance Team! Call Kaitlin Buckmaster at 360-461-9412 for more details!

There will be an open community Table Top Role Playing Day on May 26th at the Skill Center. Everyone is invited. Characters, books, dice and food will be provided. This event is sponsored by Multi Axis Games.

Kappa Sigma Fraternity Scholarship (deadline 6/15), Carl Hossman Memorial Scholarship through Sigma Nu Fraternity (deadline 6/8) and Alpha Kappa Lambda Scholarship (deadline 6/15). Please come to the Career Center for information and application. 2) Elena Buonpane Memorial Scholarship to assist students with an Italian heritage or students interested in Italian culture. SCHOLARSHIP: The Order of the Sons of Italy in America is sponsoring 2 $500 scholarships. You must be of Italian heritage and live in Clallam or Jefferson County. Application and essay information are available with Diana Losch or Mrs. Eyekmans. Due by May 12th
Olympic Jr. Babe Ruth scholarship forms are available in the Career Center. Students must have played 3 years of Jr. Babe Ruth to qualify. Scholarship notebooks not needed. Forms are due May 12 to Mrs. Eyekemans
Career Center:
Students interested in applying for the summer jobs with SKY- Pacific Northwest Trail, need to turn their applications into Teckah Lawrence in Guidance no later then May 20th. Interviews will be scheduled shortly thereafter. If you have any questions please contact the Guidance Dept."
If you are interested in being Miss Washington Teen USA, please come to the Career Center for an application. Applicants must be between 14 and 19 years of age. Prizes, cash and scholarships are given to the winners. Deadline is May 15th.
JOB: Looking for student interested in lawn mowing job. (West 5th Street location). Come to the Career Center for information.
JUNIORS: Application for the Nordstrom Scholarship Program is available in the Career Center. Students must be Juniors, minimum GPA of 2.7, have made a substantial contribution to the community, be involved in school activities, and demonstrate financial need. Deadline May 31.
