Center:
Provides a series of essays that present multiple sides of a current issue
(much like the Opposing Viewpoints DB that we currently subscribe to.)
There are 200 topics each with and overview (objective background or
description of the issue) and point (affirmative argument) and
counterpoint (opposing argument). Resource includes essays, political
magazines, newspapers, TV and radio news transcripts, primary source
documents and reference books.
Added are student and teacher guides to to debate, developing arguments,
and writing position papers.
