JP:  Distance Between Two Cities  

1)  Find the great circle distance in miles between two cities in the US. A great circle is a circle defined by the intersection of the surface of the Earth and any plane that passes through the center of the Earth. Note: On the idealized surface of the Earth, the shortest distance between two points lies along a great circle.

2)  Find the driving distance in miles between the same two cities in the US.

3)  What is the difference in miles between driving and going by plane between these two cities.
