Diana Losch -- Career Center Occupation Information Specialist

My name is Diana Losch and I am the Career Center Occupation Information Specialist at PAHS. I have been in this position since 1995 but have worked for the school district since 1986.

I think I have a wonderful job because I have an opportunity to work with all the students at PAHS. I assist each grade's Guidance Counselor in helping students choose high school classes to help them achieve their goals. But, mainly, the Career Center has information about all kinds of careers, educational programs, military information and work-readiness skills. I help direct students through all this information. I listen to all their dreams and goals and help them chart a course to accomplish them.

I have a Sociology degree from California State University at Northridge and worked in the banking industry before coming to Port Angeles. I am married with two children and my hobby is quilting -- I'm addicted!
